Dr. Abhi Yenamandra is a dedicated chiropractor with a profound commitment to enhancing the well-being of his patients. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Dr. Abhi's journey into chiropractic care began after suffering a lower back injury in his youth, where he experienced firsthand the transformative effects of chiropractic treatments in recovering from a disc herniation injury. This inspired him to pursue a career where he could help others achieve optimal health and wellness through natural, non-invasive methods. Dr. Abhi specialises in a range of chiropractic techniques, including diversified, gonstead, activator, and corrective exercises. His areas of expertise include treating chronic back pain, sports injuries, disc injuries, shoulder and knee injuries and postural imbalances. He firmly believes in a holistic approach to health, focusing not only on relieving pain but also on promoting long-term health and preventing future injuries. Dr. Abhi's chiropractic philosophy centers around personalised care, where each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, ensuring that patients receive the most effective and efficient care possible. Outside of his professional practice, you'll find Dr. Abhi searching for the best BBQ food and lifting weights at the gym. He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and practicing yoga, activities that not only keep him fit but also help him stay connected to nature and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Dr. Johnson is also passionate about community service, often volunteering at local health fairs and wellness events to educate the public about the benefits of chiropractic care.
